You might have thought that our pizza “Parma” is named after parmesan cheese. It does include parmesan, but its main ingredient is Parma ham, which has become a basis for this name. When choosing cheese, we didn’t limit ourselves with parmesan only and we’ve chosen mozzarella as a pleasant addition. To make the taste of ham even softer, we’ve also added cream sauce enriched with juicy and delicious arugula.
