• Caesar salad with a fried chicken fillet is a common combination of iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. A bright flavour accent is added up with chicken meat and Parmesan cheese. The salad is complemented with quail eggs, and croutons to balance the taste. The dressing is Caesar sauce.
• Insalata di Salmon is a mix of arugula, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and iceberg lettuce. The flavouring accent is in salmon and parmesan, additional one is a quail egg and sesame. Served with Aioli sauce.
• Caesar salad with veal is a favourite classic with a tender veal with a house-special dressing – Caesar sauce.
